Job Description

  • Job Duties:  Responsible for reviewing Vendor set and sending new Vendors to AP for setup.  Filing W9s after review and submission. are complete. 
  • Assigned servicers to contact for reconciled P records, ensuring that they are correct.  Communicating any variances for clarification or correction.  Ensuring all records are received within 90 days.
  • Update payment files with new payments and cleared checks, sending out the file weekly to the team and customer service.
  • Updating the recon file after each batch, with servicer totals.  Assigning new servicers to team members as they are added. 
  • Crediting returns to HOTB, updating addresses for returned payments and reissuing payments for Stops.
  • Knowledge Required: Accounting, intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and CSV files.

(Excel knowledge must include V look up and pivot table functions and preparing reports)
 
  • Skills Required: Effective written and oral communication skills.  Very organized and detail oriented.
