Job Description

Accounts Payable Coordinator with a focus on Travel/Expense Reimbursements
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process employee travel and expense reimbursements.
  • Verify receipts, supporting documentation, and policy compliance.
  • Resolve reimbursement discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous accounts payable or accounting support experience.
  • Experience processing travel and expense reimbursements preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
