We are seeking a bright, energetic Administrative Assistant to support the office daily functions.
As a representative of the Office of Student Affairs, this role will serve as first contact for visitors and deliveries and must always portray a professional and positive demeanor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Welcome, greet, and provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff.

Assist with daily Student Affairs administrative tasks.

Monitor the general email inboxes for the office.

Answer phone calls for the Student Affairs and Dean of Students’ office.

Deliver paperwork to and from other campus offices, as needed.

Attend workshops and training as required.

Collaborates with Student Affairs staff on projects, as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
