Job Description

Job Description:    

  •  Reports to the Business Operations Supervisor in organizing and executing routine tasks and/or special projects.

  • Greet internal/external visitors as well as answer multi-line phone system for the front desk area.

  • Respond to incoming calls and/or voicemail messages left by complainants.

  • Collecting data that will be entered into the ASPEN database for processing by triage staff.

  • Detailed and attention to details for accuracy purposes.

  • Aids in and problem resolution to internal and external staff as it relates to general questions.

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.

  • Manages and distributes incoming/outgoing mail and packages for shipment, including lifting boxes up to 20 lbs.

  • Maintains database spreadsheet for general supplies and personal protection equipment (PPE).

  • Monitors all purchase order requests for the operations team.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Business Operations Supervisor

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently.
