Reports to the Business Operations Supervisor in organizing and executing routine tasks and/or special projects.

Greet internal/external visitors as well as answer multi-line phone system for the front desk area.

Respond to incoming calls and/or voicemail messages left by complainants.

Collecting data that will be entered into the ASPEN database for processing by triage staff.

Detailed and attention to details for accuracy purposes.

Aids in and problem resolution to internal and external staff as it relates to general questions.

Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
-
Manages and distributes incoming/outgoing mail and packages for shipment, including lifting boxes up to 20 lbs.

Maintains database spreadsheet for general supplies and personal protection equipment (PPE).

Monitors all purchase order requests for the operations team.

Other duties as assigned by the Business Operations Supervisor
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail.

Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently.
