Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides a variety of advanced administrative support to the Executive Director/ CIO. Assists in the operation, management, and planning of the authority as a whole. Works on complex administrative projects that require advanced knowledge of the operations of the authority. Represents the Executive Director in internal and external settings.

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology to assist in communicating technical matters between the CIO and other team members.

Qualifications:

Completion of a high school diploma or the equivalent AND three (3) years of experience in performing advanced administrative work for C-Suite including serving as a liaison between an individual or operation and customers, composing a variety of documents, developing presentations, calendar management, scheduling, and/or contract with management. Computer skills are required including using MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
