Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Material Receiving & Inspection
o Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
o Handle critical, high-value, and heavy customer-provided electrical equipment safely and
efficiently
o Review all associated shipment documentation (packing slips, bills of landing, equipment
certifications, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
o Properly save and store all shipment documentation in accordance with company standards
and project records requirements
o Ensure proper tagging and documentation for all received materials
• Inventory Management
o Organize, label, and stock materials systematically to maintain a clean and efficient
warehouse
o Track and reconcile inventory through our material tracking system
• Forklift Operation & Equipment Handling
o Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move heavy and oversized electrical gear
o Safely load and unload trucks, including flatbeds and equipment haulers
o Maintain forklift certification and assist with basic equipment upkeep
• Logistics & Coordination
o Coordinate material staging for production teams based on project schedules
o Work closely with production personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials to workstations
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or Material Handler in a construction, manufacturing,
or industrial environment
• Expert forklift operator with ability to handle heavy and large electrical gear
• Strong computer skills and ability to use ERP, barcode scanning, and document management tools
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a safety-first mindset
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening prior to beginning employment
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must be able to work 8 hours per day
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in construction or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with handling electrical switchgear, transformers, or other large equipment
• Bilingual
