Job Description
Responsibilities:
70% LMS Administration:
• LMS Configuration: Configuring courses, user permissions, user roles, learning paths, and training materials.
• LMS Reporting: Monitor progress and track performance within the organization to include providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of training programs, allowing for data-driven decision-making.
• Learning Analytics: Uncovering broader patterns and trends in data to enhance both the LMS and overall organizational performance. Employ learning analytics tools to discern trends that reveal the system’s usage and determine if the Learning Management System investment is effectively and efficiently meeting established business ROI goals.
• LMS Certifications: oversee the creation and management of certificates and required training within agency curricula. Setting up the certification process, tracking user progress, and issuing certificates upon completion.
• Gamification & Badges: Creating, marketing, and managing certificates and badge programs.
• LMS Systems Maintenance: Ensuring the system remains up-to-date and functional holding primary responsibility for applying updates and patches, monitoring system performance, and addressing technical issues.
• LMS System Documentation: Ensuring that essential information is readily available for reference and troubleshooting. This documentation may encompass the LMS user manual, processes, features, configurations, course structures, and security protocols.
• User Support: Troubleshooting problems to ensure consistent quality for users to include first-line customer support, addressing common user issues such as forgotten passwords or navigating basic features. Contribute to maintaining a well-functioning and seamless learning environment for all users, regardless of their challenges.
• LMS Integrations: Working with the LMS vendor to maintain performance and integrations ensuring seamless operation and data flow between the interconnected systems.

• Minimum Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Three (3) years direct experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) software platform.
o Experience with the assessment, design, development, and implementation of digital learning and development solutions.
o Well-versed in theory and practice of developing adult learners with an understanding of eLearning standards including SCORM.
o Ability to work as part of a high-functioning, creative, and established team.
o UX and UI design and development knowledge.
• Preferred Qualifications:
o BS/BA in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related social science field preferred.
o Successful completion of training-specific classes or coursework: Kirkpatrick Certification, ROI Methodology, other ID certification, or Adobe Certified Expert.
o Experience with rapid e-learning development tools (Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, etc).
o Experience facilitating classroom training sessions, both in person and via WebEx and other virtual meeting platforms, as needed.
o Has a thorough understanding of the intersection between learning management, talent management, and workforce development systems at the enterprise level.
