The Loan Processor will complete loan applications, develop and maintain commercial ties with lender and clients, also will respond to the lender and broker inquiries and questions.

The Loan Processor will complete loan applications, develop and maintain commercial ties with lender and clients, also will respond to the lender and broker inquiries and questions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Speaking with homeowners
- Assisting loan processors
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Previous loan decision experience (able to determine eligibility)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
- Processing experience
- Excel experience
