Organizational Learning & Development Specialist
Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assessing, planning and/or coordinating engaging learning sessions. Develop and present training on various topics, in-person and via multi-media platforms. Creates lessons plans, training materials, training outlines and determines the proper instructional methods for each session. Publish a monthly training calendar. Manage training enrollment for all respective training. Review and update training materials to guarantee information remains relevant. Maintains training activity reports.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Good time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
Develop, publish, and teach training courses.
Utilize computers and applicable software for extended periods of time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent will occasionally be required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop and kneel. Occasionally lifting to 15 lbs. Unassisted may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Adult Education, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related Instructional field.
