Job Responsibilities:
Brief Description of Job Duties:
• Maintains and archives legal files so they are current and accessible to legal staff.
• Enters data from records check applications into DECAL databases accurately and efficiently.
• Answers incoming phone calls.
• Copy, fax and scan confidential files and documents.
• Open all mail addressed to Legal Department and distribute to appropriate legal staff.
• Prepare certified unsatisfactory 21-day letters for mailing.
• Process Dissemination forms for applicant’s criminal history.
• Assist walk-in clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Other duties as assigned.
