Assist Training and Development Specialist.
Performs various critical roles such as the monitoring and responding to CRM tickets, that on average can be as many as 20-25 tickets daily.
CRM tickets range in complexity and can involve troubleshooting LMS system issues, processing recertification applications, or making mass enrollments for refresher training.
Other examples of working these tickets involves enrolling customers into a new LMS accounting and requested training classes after verification that course prerequisites have been met, researching issues with a student s training account, etc.
This position is also responsible for assisting the Procurement Trainers with class setup, canceling classes, starting the process of invoicing for class No Shows, and verifying recertification applications for the various Learning Paths offered.
The full-time position also coordinates with Financial Services to invoice local government entities seeking to complete training courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to think strategically.
Ability to meet established deadlines.
Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university
Prior government procurement experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft or any other ERP system.
Experience using Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
